The pineapple lime tarts are so good. The balance between the lime and pineapple flavours is perfect.

And it is on point texturally too! I also tried the croquembouche – what a technical masterpiece! The vanilla profiteroles were the best part of it. I was able to get my hands on both items through their postings in Cookups!

I had ordered Brioche a few times. I love their thousand folds, tarts and donuts. Items taste and look is very international. Balance is great – none of them too sweet while all of them are of the same level of sweetness.
